Can I change my CE/CE+ certificate details?

You can change your company name or address on a valid CE or CE+ certificate following the below process.

This guidance is provided directly by IASME, who are the certificating body for CE and CE+

The name and address on the certificate must be the registered name and address, as per Companies House   

The cost to carry out this change is £65+ vat which is payable before amendments can take place.

ADDRESS CHANGE 

In order for us to proceed with your request to change the certificate, we would need a signed and dated letterhead from the company stating the following: 

To whom it may concern,  

Re: Request for address change on Cyber Essentials / Cyber Essentials Plus Certificate  

I can confirm I am a board-level officer of [COMPANY NAME]   

I’d like to request a correction to the address listed on the certificate from [INCORRECT ADDRESS] to [CORRECT ADDRESS], and that there are no changes to the Cyber Essentials answers supplied, other than the Address. 

Please issue an updated Cyber Essentials/ Cyber Essentials Plus Certificate with the corrected address.
