Mobile Device Screenshots - What do we need to see?

For CE+ we need to see a set of screenshots per mobile device in your sample set.

Please note, if you use an MDM solution such as Intune for your mobile devices, it is not necessary to take individual screenshots per device. Instead, a screengrab of the iOS and/or Android policies from your MDM solution can be provided instead. 

In addition to the below bullet points, the policy/s would also need to show that a minimum supported Operating System (OS) version has been set.

What do I need screenshots of? 

  • Proof that the phone is running a supported OS. 
  • Proof that the phone has not been “Rooted” or “Jailbroken”. 
  • Proof that a protected screen lock of some sort in place, i.e. pin, password, biometric.
